The icc is always looking to expand its tent with new members. We began as an exclusive group of chefs, and have since expanded to other members of the industry including — restauranteurs, food artisans, wineries and farmers. Please note that membership is on an individual basis, not as a company or organization.
Annual membership dues are $50 and an expectation of being actively involved.
There is a small application to fill out which will be reviewed by the Board of Directors. Please e-mail membership questions to our Board Member in charge of membership.
