at Fort Rodd Hill on Sunday May 31st from 12pm-4pm.

Join us on Sunday May 31st 2008 from 12 to 4pm at the Fort Rodd Hill Historic Site for a celebration of Vancouver and Gulf Islands produced Foods, Beverages and the People who work to defend our back yard!

Our vision and mission of a sustainable food and agricultural system is why we are holding this event. You will discover the bounty of local products,  hear about the challenges local producers face and learn about the ecological and economic benefits of buying locally.

Learn from experts on topics ranging from apples, wineries, farming, seed saving, breweries, composting, the local harvest of seafood and processing of meats and poultry. Enjoy Great food prepared by ICC chefs and beverages from Island juice, beer and wine produces, plus guest speakers and live music, all local.

Tickets are a minimum $45.00 donnation and will be available soon through your local VQA shops and ICC members restaurants.
